The anatomical "core" of the body is bigger than the abdominal six pack we imagine!! These six weeks will bring focus and awareness to the core of our bodies and beings from feet to head. We build on what we know already, shifting our perspectives to meet the demands of human living and movement patterns. Six weeks, Tuesdays beginning Oct 3. 9:30 am and 7 pm sessions for 90 minutes each. $90/ 6 sessions. Keeping close to the theme of Yin yoga: slow, low to the ground, pulsing for some time at therapeutic edges and mindfulness meditation practice. Please call or email to register.
